The Baltimore & Lehigh had the above equipment with numbers confirmed by photographs. * Gondola 236 is larger than the others, possibly a Maryland Central car? Peach Bottom RR had a coach No. 3 "Bangor" and a combine No. 4 "Fawn" built by Billmeyer & Small in 1874. Peach Bottom RW had a coach numbered 200. PHOTO York & Peach Bottom RR had a boxcar numbered 314. M&PA Camp Car C was formerly B&L No. 301. |

York Southern Notes:
The 1896 Poor's Manual states that the York Southern had purchased 3 standard gauge locomotives, 2 passenger, 1 baggage, 11 freight, 3 stock and 10 miscellaneous cars. The York Southern main line was changed to standard gauge October 27, 1895. The Peach Bottom branch was changed to standard gauge in 1898. |
